- Straighten your palm as you can see in figure 1, place 3 fingers (ring, middle and index finger) of your other hand on the inside of the forearm starting from the wrist line.
- The neiguan point is the point between two stiff muscle tendons that you will feel just below the index finger placed on the forearm. A gentle massage and pressure is applied to this point with the thumb and forefinger for 2-3 minutes without hurting.
