- Oily and spicy foods (fast food such as hamburgers, deep-fried fries, cream, fatty sauces, etc.)

- Stop eating and drinking 3 hours before bedtime
- Chew the bites very well (at least 10 times)
- Stand in an upright position for the first 45 minutes after eating
- Sleep on a high pillow and keep your upper body 25-30 degrees higher than your waist.
- Do not smoke
- Do not chew gum
- Avoid stress as much as possible
- Lose your excess weight
- Try not to be constipated, do not wear tight-fitting clothes, do not use corsets
USEFUL APPLICATIONS
- Taking 2 glasses of water 30 minutes before meals, 1 glass of water after 60 minutes, and the desired amount of water in between is a very relaxing practice.
- The vegetable juice you prepare by mixing red beet, white cabbage, red apple and apple cider vinegar (1 teaspoon) is very useful.
