He was born in 1961 in Adana Tepebağ Neighborhood. He started primary school in Gazipaşa Primary School and graduated from Lütfiye Kısacık Primary School. He completed his secondary and high school education at Adana College. He enrolled in Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1978. After graduation, he served in TEK Gaziantep, Kahraman-Gazi Electricity Distribution Institution between 1984-1987.
In 1987, he started his specialization in Çukurova University ENT Department. He married Ms.Esen in 1990. He has 2 children, one girl and one boy. After completing his specialization in 1992, he started to work at Adana Numune Hospital and joined to the military in the same year. He completed his military service at Kasımpaşa Naval Hospital. On his return, he worked in Adana Numune Hospital ENT Department until 2007. He started working as one of the founding partners of Galleria ENT Center in 2007. Football, sightseeing, bridge, cinema, motorcycle, travel are among his hobbies.
